i cannot find the journey in Microsoft store

i have spent money downloading the product Journey in Microsoft Store before, now I turn to use a new computer and I cannot find product in Microsoft Store, and when I download the product from official website and try to open it and I found I lost the premium and have to pay again. It is unacceptable and I wonder anyone has the same situation with me?
