Request support to regain access to lifetime subscription

I tried to request support via email a few times over the last few weeks and just found out about this forum.

I have the exact same issue as the user @hhz on 19th of May and would like to request support in transitioning to the other windows app as a lifetime subscription buyer, thank you 🙂
