Hello,

I have activated the journey cloud feature on the web app.

It seems that when I add an entry to Android, it does not sync and vice versa

I discovered that there is a kind of two accounts on the web, one for gmail account and one for journey cloud

What should I do ? Only use the gmail account (and disable the journey one) and wait for later to migrate data ?

I am a bit lost

    Hi szdavid , welcome to the Journey forum! I believe you've added Journey Cloud Sync in your account? Please note that Journey Cloud Sync is still in beta. The Android/iOS app is still working in progress. We plan to release Journey Cloud Sync in the Android app for beta testing next week. Kindly use the Google Drive sync for now.

    You can migrate your data to Journey Cloud Sync via the import feature. I would recommend you to import the latest entries to give it a try first. Kindly note that we capped the storage limit to 5.5GB during beta.
