I have been trying to edit my journal entry for the day on the web app, but it does not allow me to edit/add any new entry. Here's a summary of the issue:
- Writing entries, on Journey Cloud beta, web app running from a Windows 11 system.
- It was working last 8/10/2023 at 4:00pm MST, now it's 8/10/2023 10:53pm MST, checked in from 10:00pm and it's not allowing me to edit/add any entries on the web app.
- Tried switching cloud service from Journey cloud to google cloud on web app, it still does not allow me to edit/add.
- Tried on android app, editing/adding entry on google cloud service works. Unfortunately, cannot access journey cloud beta entries on android app.
- Tried working with desktop app, but it's outdated.
- Tried refreshing browser, restarted it, still does not allow for edit/add on web app.
Any help with resolving this issue would be highly appreciated. This is frustrating me coz I have been dependent on Journey for over 3 years, and this is the first major issue that has ever occurred for me, being a premium member subscriber.
