I purchased a lifetime subscription. Along time ago. Then I forgot I purchased it, so I purchased it again. Then I had to purchase again to activate it on my Windows desktop.... and now it says I need to purchase it again? Where is the lifetime in lifetime membership? Also, why does it say on my phone app that I have membership, while on the website it says I am on the free plan?

stevescott Hi Steve Scott, thank you for asking this question. Can I check if you have purchased the lifetime Premium or lifetime membership license? The two licenses are different. In short, Premium license is sold separately on each platform. Membership license unlocks Journey on all platforms. You can refer to the in-app purchase comparison chart here.
I paid over $100, twice, for a Membership License. Can you look up my account?

Lifetime is relative... If there company closes (sort of usual in the volatike tech market) then there goes your "lifetime". That's why I never subscribe to "lifetime", I buy apps not services.

I only see that you paid Lifetime Premium for Android which is $5, as shown in the screenshot you provided.
Lifetime Membership ($100) is not shown in the screenshot you provided. The only $100 item you show is Lookout Premium, which is not a Journey product.
That being said, if you did pay for Lifetime Membership, not Premium, you should very likely have it active if you are logged into the same Google account you purchased it from.
Premium is only on Android devices, Membership unlocks across all platforms.
