I bought Journey Premium quite some time ago and used it in combination with Google Cloud sync to write new entries in the Journey desktop app for Windows. I don't write into my Journey diary that often, so I don't need that much cloud space and the space provided by my free Google account is still more than enough. However, after installing the new Journey desktop app 2025 for Windows now, whenever I try to add a new entry, a window pops up asking me to subscribe to a membership. I did set up the Journey desktop app 2025 for Windows without Google as my cloud service and sync/download of my existing entries worked well.
So, is it really not possible anymore to write in the Journey desktop app for Windows with Premium but without a membership? As mentioned above, my Google cloud space would be more than sufficient so far for syncing.
