I hope this message finds you well. I’ve been a loyal user of your app since 2018, and my journal entries hold significant sentimental value to me. Unfortunately, my email account, which I’ve been using for Journey, was locked due to multiple failed login attempts. As a result, I’ve lost access to my Journey account, and I am unable to retrieve or view my journal entries.
I have tried every possible way to regain access to my Gmail account, but unfortunately, I have been unsuccessful. This Journey account means a lot to me, and I am reaching out to kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue. Specifically, I would like to know if there is a way to change the email address associated with my Journey account or any alternative method to regain access to my entries.
