I know about the search feature that lets you find a journey entry that contains a word/phrase - but when viewing a single journey entry I don't see any feature that lets you search words/phrases within that entry. Something like the Ctrl + F feature on most Windows applications would be nice to have for particularly long entries.

      you're looking for a way to search for specific words or phrases within a single journey entry. While the search feature helps in finding entries with certain words, adding a "Ctrl + F"-like function for individual entries would be a great improvement for easier navigation of long texts.
