Hello, I have been using the Journey APP on a Pixel 6 Android phone intensively as a diary for 2 years. I bought a lifetime licence in May - see below. The licence was active because I could include more pictures per entry.
I was not logged in to the app. Today I wanted to set up synchronisation.
To do this, I created an account in the web interface (xxx@gmx.net).
I then logged in to the app with this email address.

Help - now all the entries in the app have disappeared.
There are no entries in the cloud.

How can I restore my entries in the app and synchronise them with the cloud?
