Introducing Self-Hosted Journey Cloud Sync: Manage Your Own Journal Data
Thank you dev! I'm so excited! I'm setting it up now.
Very keen. Will take a closer look soon, but I see it mentions Mac OS and DigitalOcean options... I hope it's possible to use Windows or Unraid instead? Since it's set up through Docker, I assume it'll run anywhere that you can run Docker containers?
thoroughmas Yes, it is possible with Windows and Unraid as long as you can run them in Docker containers.
thoroughmas Feel free to post your setup process in the forum! This will greatly help other users who are also trying to set up self-hosting on Windows and Unraid.
my domain has special port for example 12345. i can't fill it in the URL field on macos client but i can fill it on android client. however, even it is successfully filled in and i can imported data for self-hosted sync drive, i can sync nothing. also i found i can't delete the self-hosted item on any client app.
so i guess it will be improved in future releases, right?
