I'm surprised this is not a feature yet. It already exists on the desktop app, but since the desktop app doesn't support cloud switching I had to use the web app. Everything is great on the web app but the basic thing as pressing enter after typing in tags adds the tag is missing. I have to move the mouse to click on the + icon manually. I put multiple tags on my entries to label them, which gets tedious.
