I have tried reaching out to Journey through chat, but unfortunately it seems that I cannot coordinate when they are available with the times that I am off work.
I started out having Journey on my iPhone 8 and computer, during the summer and early fall of 2023, I made a fair number of entries on the iPhone in Journey. We were in the middle of selling our home and there is a lot of sentimental entries I made that I would prefer not to lose.
After moving into our new place, I bought an Android phone, I was able to sync that phone with the PC, but when I tried syncing the iPhone with the PC I can't as it appears I am no longer logged into the iPhone, but the last entries that I want are showing. So here's what happens, I open Journey on my iPhone 8 and I see the entries end back in September 2023, these are the ones I want to sync. If I press the sync button in the top left corner, it asks me to log in. I select the Gmail log in, and as soon as I do that, I get a warning that something is wrong and I had better back things up if I don't want to lose them. I don't know how to back up if I can't even log in.
The same Gmail account is used for logging in on the PC and new Android device, but I have no idea what is going on with my old iPhone 8
Any help is appreciated.
