I have been using Journey for several years, but I am now just getting started using Journey Cloud Sync for the first time and am trying, so far unsuccessfully, to import my backed up journal entries saved from Google Drive. I have about 2,800 entries in total. No matter how I back up these entries, even using tags to create smaller backups, I get the same error Entries Count Limit exceeded whenever I import from the zip file. I'm a lifetime member.
