Option to export entries to PDF or Word with Journey Cloud
Can you offer an update on the implementation of the Word export feature from the Journey Cloud...?
How is this going?
There appears to be no way to back up Journey Cloud at all. This is disturbing. Very much so.
May is half over, when will it be available? This is nearing a 'find another journal' level of missing functionality. The bait and switch to push the Cloud Sync and not support that in the installed app that has the export is a little frustrating.

bblogger mikevl42 @jcrowleyjr ariadnemm I have discussed your concern with my team. Our apologies for the delay ; we are currently facing limited manpower. The current progress is that the PDF export feature is 70% complete and will soon be ready for integration with the web app. I will pin this thread to the top of the forum, update the thread's status to 'Urgent,' and provide progress updates once every few days. Once again, thank you for your understanding and patience.
I'm not sure if this update will enable the whole journal, ALL entries to be exported to .DOCX or PDF etc.
The search function does not work at all. I cannot search through my Journal for keywords in either the Web client or client for Android. Very frustrating. So Export is the only way to look back via PDF search or DOCX search

mikevl42 Hi Mike, thank you for your feedback. Could you please provide more details on how the search function is not working? Additionally, have you had the chance to raise this issue with our support team yet?
It would be very helpful if you could create a separate thread for the issue you are experiencing with the search function. Thanks again for bringing this to our attention!
Edit: I found out from another thread that you are not able to search due to end-to-end encryption. We are exploring solutions to enable search in E2EE.

As above the search function on the main screen cannot be used to search entries for keywords
OOPS I guess the search function is the one with the circle and the line down to the left lower. Normal search function on many other software.
bblogger @mikevl42 @jcrowleyjr @ariadnemm Print to PDF feature for Journey Cloud Sync is 80% complete. The user interface for Cloud Print in the web app is nearly finished. I will keep you posted when I have an update.
A quick update: This is a sample PDF file from the cloud print.

@bblogger @mikevl42 @jcrowleyjr @ariadnemm Journey Cloud Sync's Print to PDF (beta) is now live in the web app. If you have any feedback, feel free to let us know.
Hi John
Congratulations. Your implementation of Print to PDF for the web (edge On Windows) seems to work very well. I can print for 1/4 year, which is very good. The process is easy. Sometimes the date picker is a bit finickity but that's a small issue.
