Twesterlind That menu doesn't exist in the web app version of Journey, except when you read the individual entry, where it provides options to duplicate the entry, save as a template, etc.
The only tagging option exists when you're actually editing the entry, via icon at the bottom. A pop up provides the options to add tags, but none of the previously used tags are listed, so you have to enter them from memory.
I often use Journey at work, but can't install the Windows app. What I end up doing - but I don't think should have to - is edit the entry later in the day, and add any missing tags.
