  • Can't save note when adding an image

Hi there,

I try to edit a note and add an image attachement, but it doesn't save. Is stack on this screen:

Any ideas? I tried on multiple notes.

    Ar3ion Hi Arsion, are you using Google Drive sync? Could you please check if your Google Drive storage is sufficient?

        No Im using your cloud service.

        John Can you please advice? It's been three days and cannot use the web app properly. This doesn't work with the android app either. I just checked. It get's stack when trying to sync/upload the note that has an image. Must be related to your cloud service. I tried all formats, and even without complicated file names (just one word), and still nothing.

            John I'm afraid I can't: 1. the body text is private notes I'm not willing to share , 2. this issue appears on all of my notes, 3. this issue appears with any random image I try.

            Let me know what else I can try out or send.
            Your cloud service says is in Beta. Should consider reverting back top Google Drive? The issue is that there is no easy migration either.

              John I added my Google Drive and and tested it, and everything workds ok. With your cloud sync it doesn't. I even email the issue to that email address, so I hope I could get some quick support. I need to know please if this is fixable or not or if I will be migrating back to Google Drive. To be honest, I do not want to migrate because I want to keep the Tags option, so I hope you can sort this out.

                  Ar3ion We are not able to replicate this bug. We do not need your private notes. We need you to provide us with the steps to replicate this bug. Please describe the steps in details here.

                  You can also send us the console log file:

                        The Post error appears at the end everytime I try pressing Save. ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED
                        The longer I keep it trying, the more entries of this error appear in the console.

                          2 months later

                          I notice that the same thing happens to me every once in a while, but it usually resolves itself within 5-15 minutes or so. The last time it happened was probably in November. Does it still happen for you using Cloud Sync?
