Imports don't keep the media?

I imported my entries from Google Drive to Journey Cloud. Exported the zip from Google Drive and imported it into Journey. However, some entries which have pictures don't have it now. If I export entries from Journey Cloud, the archive has the pictures. So, what's going on?
