I really like the tags to mood tracking feature of the mood tracking tools, but, otherwise, the mood tracker is lacking a lot of basic functionality, to the point where it's useless in some instances. I've been using this app for years at this point, and the development focus has never been on that feature, as I've seen Journey grow.

Right now, I go into the little story bubbles, and I can't keep the monthly chart up long enough to read it or analyze it. The chart automatically switches, and that's the best I've got for a visual overview of the moods I've logged over 3/4 YEARS.

My degree focus was on UX/UI, so I'm happy to add specific suggestions and ideas to make this a conversation, if that's helpful at all.

Mood tracking's a powerful tool for many mental health issues, and it would be awesome to take advantage of more robust mood tracking tools within the Journey app. Thanks devs for what it is so far 🙏

Hi thaicactus , thank you for your suggestion. We would love to hear your suggestion! Please feel free to list down the idea in this forum. 🙂

I agree. Would like to see improvement in the mood tracking feature in Journey.

I'd like to third the idea to improve the mood tracker! In particular it would be great if the grid was 7 days wide and displayed in such a way that it could show trends across specific days of the week (e.g., if mood is lower on weekends or on Mondays). As OP mentioned, it would also be useful to be able to view historical mood tracking from more than 30 days in the past.
