Hi, there is a bug in the app that introduces a blank space occasionally above entries that takes up ⅓of my screen forcing text to disappear behind the blank space. Please fix and thanks!

    won-hana Thanks for reporting it to us. We are able to replicate this issue on Android 10 Samsung S9. We are working on a fix right now. Thanks!

    Update: We are able to replicate this bug. However, we are not able to get hold of the physical devices in order to debug this issue.

      John Does this mean no fix? Journey is doing this now and it’s making it rather unusable on mobile devices (for me). 🙁

        Ultreya We will fix it once we get hold of a physical device. The strange thing about this bug is that we're not always able to replicate this bug on another device with the same device model, Android OS and entry content.

          John Very peculiar. I also noticed that. For reference, I have the BOLD N2 running Android 11 - not sure if that helps any.

            @won-hana @Ultreya We've re-written the entry's timeline view in the upcoming update v.5.2.0. The update would potentially fix this bug.

                  Still not fixed. Unfortunately, I stopped using the app with too many bugs across my devices, but from time to time I check if anything is fixed but still, this persists.

                  JourneyDev Unfortunately, despite purchasing the Lifetime subscription, which was not cheap, I’ve been forced to abandon the app months ago due to persistent bugs that hinder its functionality. The inability to read content normally, along with other unresolved issues across my three devices, has made the app unusable. I occasionally check for updates in the hopes of a solution, but I don’t think it’s coming, and it’s a shame because I invested a lot into the app since it was essentially released years ago.
