  • An error states that "Something wrong with Google Drive account"

I received this error message "There's something wrong with your Google Drive account" when I login to the web app. Please help!

Hi @Penguin45 , please follow the steps:

  1. Go to web app
  2. Go to settings > select cloud tab
  3. Find your Google Drive > press ⋮ > Unlink

  1. Add a new cloud service > select Google Drive

  1. Login to the existing Google Drive
  2. Press Continue to grant Journey the permission

  1. Done! You should see your Google Drive journal entries in the web app.
