We're currently in the process of cleaning up the code for Journey Cloud Sync and awaiting approval to release it as open source. Progress has been slower due to limited manpower, but we're open to contributions from anyone interested in helping maintain the code. In the meantime, you can already use the self-hosted version via Docker.
