Hello.
I'm new to the forum but I've been using Journey for approx. 7 years. I purchased the app in the Microsoft app store. I checked my Microsoft purchase history to confirm. Today I went to add a entry but was denied access until I purchase the app.
I tried to search this issue on the forum and didn't see anything with the same issue. I don't want to lose access to all of my entries and I don't feel I should have to pay twice. Is this normal? Maybe I'm doing something incorrectly? thank you
