It's been a few days since my cell phone hasn't synchronized its entries with the cloud, and this code is generated. I've tried contacting here before, but they still haven't resolved my problem.
Please, I have several entries on my cell phone that are essential and need to synchronize with the cloud.
How can we solve it?

      vlmoya The sync was canceled due to several reasons, such as no internet connection, the app being exited before the sync was complete, or the internet being blocked by a firewall. Please terminate the app and reopen it.

      Thanks for you answer John, but it does not make any sense to me. I simply open the app and wait for it to sync - i dont close it before syncing. Besides it, it looks that it syncs correctly to Google Cloud, but not to Journey Cloud.

      If I delete and reinstall the app, will I lose all unsynced entries or will they still be here?

        vlmoya I've spoken with my technical team, and it seems that a firewall might be blocking the connection on your end. Please check your firewall settings. We haven't heard of any issues with Journey Cloud Sync from other users.
