URGENT…..Just lost over three years of Journey entries while trying to synch my two iPads…PLEASE help me recover….somebody?

I’m not sure how to answer your question…..I believe I started posting Journey entries when I was on a trip to Sri Lanka in 2021…..however, 73 entries sounds correct. I do update almost every day, however I’m updating usually existing Journey entries. Can I help in some way….this is very Important to me. Thanks for any help you might provide. Sincerely. John

        Stansman15 Please visit the web app and log in with your Google account. Once logged in, you should be able to see your journal entries.

          Stansman15 Are you able to find your journal entries made in 2021?

            Hi Wendy….thank you for the suggestion…..I found the entries….whew! Now to figure out how to recover the entries in my paid app? Is there a helpful tutorial? Thank you again. Regards. John

            Hi John….yes….thank you and Wendy for your assistance….I found all the entries going back to the first entry dated Jan 1 2022 in Sri Lank. Any suggestions as to how I recover these entries in my paid app on my two iPads….as well as guidelines on how NOT to loose the entries again ie for me to properly synchronize. Thanks again John

              Stansman15 Hi Stansman, it's simple to download the entries into the two iPads. Simply install Journey iPad app, login to your account (using Google sign-in). Your entries will be downloaded automatically into your device.

              In Journey, we made it accessible for you to view your entries. You can always view them in the web, iOS, Android, Windows, Mac and Linux.

              Hi stansman15,
              Every times wenn this happens to me on my iPad or iPhone, I delete the Journey-app on this device (iPhone) and reinstall it from the AppStore. Then you should disable the auto-lock the screen after 2 minutes and the synchronisation beginns and will take some minutes (f.e. 30 minutes). After synchronisation you can activate the auto-lock again.
