I am experiencing an issue with synchronizing my journal entries and hoping someone here might be able to help. Whenever I attempt to sync my journal, I get stuck with error code DS0301. I’ve tried a few troubleshooting steps, but nothing seems to resolve the problem.
Here’s what I’ve done so far:
- Checked Internet Connection: My connection appears stable and working fine for other apps.
- Restarted the Application: I closed and reopened the journal app, but the issue persists.
- Updated Software: I’m running the latest version of the application.
- Cleared Cache/Data: I attempted to clear the app’s cache, but the error remains.
- Reauthorized Account: I logged out and back in, which didn’t fix the issue.
I wanted to see if anyone else has encountered this error code and if you have any tips or solutions that worked for you.
