I had to factory reset my phone. I backed up my Journey app on my tablet. When I tried restoring the back up onto my phone, I received a sync error code. I asked the help desk but they directed me back to journey.cloud and told me to click the Relink Google Drive button but I'm not seeing that option anywhere. Now they're closed. Please help
