Unable to input some Turkish characters with accents

Hi,

I cannot search with Turkish letters such as ü, ö, ç, Ü, Ö, Ç. When I do so, it does not find the related words in my entries. Changing the font did not help.

App version: journey 2.14.6 win32 x64

This problem also applies to the characters with circumflex (^), such as â, î, etc.
